Eloise will visit your property for a consultation. A design plan will be drawn up with mood boards. Everything is taken into consideration including- your target market: who will book your air BNB property, how many your property sleeps. Who it will appeal to, and of course, what your budget is. 

All to maximise your bookings and make your property stand out against competition.

We will discuss paints or wallpaper. then paint it or hang it. We source the entire inventory, from loo roll holders to sofas, CCTV and noise monitors to TV's: Everything your guests will need. 

We build the furniture, hang the curtain poles, and put lockable cupboards in for the cleaners.

Within strict time scales and without you having the stress. 

At the end of the install we will come and fluff the cushions, make the beds, pour the tea and set the tables, amongst other things. The trusted photographer that we use will take all the photos and then pass the keys, and photos back to you: only when we are satisfied we have done a great job.
