Eloise Estates Serviced Accommodation Limited trades in two areas. 

We provide interior design to the serviced accommodation industry. Ensuring the clients serviced accommodation has guests and bookings in mind. We have a proven track record of successful projects that see a big rise in occupancy and turnover on budgets that are usually not possible.  

We also rent properties off landlords and utilise these in the guest booking market. This has a wealth of benefits to the landlord, the properties and us. It is a very successful part of our business, and offers what's really important: a win win relationship between us and the landlords involved.
